Refund policy

Returns

Our refund and exchange policy covers purchases for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.  We do not offer exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new, sellable condition.  The item(s) are in the original condition (no damage or smell residue) with the tags in place. (In other words, no winding the yarn into cakes and then reskeining them into hanks to return them.  Please email us at redstagfibre@gmail.com if you need to return an item, then we will email you the shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, if everything is in order, your refund will be processed immediately. If there are any issues, we will send you an email.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded and returned.
